If you are 55 or better, we invite you to join us for activities you’ll love. Keep your mind sharp and your body active and you’ll always feel young! The Clements Community Center offers a full array of classes including:

Support Services & Nutrition Program

The Clements Community Center Reach out Office Provides information and referral to over 3500 programs including “Benefits Check-up” for people 55 or older such as housing, transportation and in home assistance. Volunteers of America offers offers hot, nutritious meals in our dining room for people age 60 or older and includes live music and other fun activities before and after the meal. Health and Wellness Services

Help is closer than you think! Do you know that you may be eligible for short-term confidential counseling at no fee? Lakewood Youth and Family Services offers eligible City program participants with short-term confidential counseling services provided by licensed mental health professionals. Please call 303-987-2490 and ask to speak with a counselor for more information and eligibility requirements.
