Wadsworth Boulevard

Wadsworth Boulevard is the second busiest arterial in metro Denver carrying an average of 60,000 vehicles per day. Wadsworth Boulevard spans Lakewood, Colorado from north to south intersecting with West Colfax Avenue, the W light rail line, West Alameda Avenue in Downtown Lakewood, and West Hampden Avenue (U.S. 285).

Office, retail, mixed use, and residential opportunities exist along Wadsworth Boulevard especially near the West Rail Line at 13th Avenue where the area surrounding the Wadsworth light rail station has been rezoned to allow for higher density development.
